PALEONTOLOGY CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

Paleontology and geology lectures, fossil curation and laboratory preparation workshops,
 and field surveys are held each Friday, November thru May.

Our 2011-2012 class will begin on November 11th.
Join us at the Anza-Borrego Desert State Park Visitor's Center from 8am to 4pm.
The first lecture will be an Introduction to the Anza-Borrego Desert.

8am: Introduction to the Paleontology Society             
9am:   Lecture: Introduction to the Anza-Borrego Desert
12-1pm: lunch break                                                
1-4pm: Collection Hall, Laboratory and Library          

At 1pm we will meet at the Stout Reseach Center for a tour of the Collection Hall, introduction to the paleontology laboratory, and library and reading list review.

    The Stout Research Center Laboratory and Collection Hall is open to the public as part of select community and ABDSP events.

Our Monthly Certification Class lectures are open to the public.
We meet at the ABDSP Visitors Center at around 9am, following our General Meeting.
